Good company starts with trust.
Our privacy and safety commitments for the platform we’re building.
Your location belongs to you.
The site does not request GPS permission. Optional profile locality is limited to city or neighborhood. The map displays public venues only. Map tiles load from OpenStreetMap, which receives ordinary network request information, including your IP address.
Optional, temporary check-ins.
Check-ins are voluntary and tied only to approved public venues. Choose 30, 60, or 120 minutes. Backend rules prevent expired check-ins from being disclosed. There is no background tracking or home-address fields.
Your photos stay under your control.
Member photos are stored privately. The server validates and re-encodes raster images, removing embedded metadata. Access is checked before issuing a link that expires in 60 seconds. An already issued link may keep working for up to that time after a privacy change.
You’re in control.
Member features include editing, deletion, visibility choices, reporting and blocking. These workflows must pass local security tests before writes are enabled. Dog attendance is shown only with consent and a member-visible dog profile.
Honest community recommendations.
Only real, approved database reviews contribute to ratings. When no records exist, the site shows an empty state. Sponsored placements will be labeled and will never change community scores.
This is a product commitment summary, not the final privacy policy. A complete policy and retention schedule are required before launch.
